Fuel Safety: Use only professional-grade chafing fuel cans. Ensure burners are placed securely in the designated holders before lighting.
Water Pan: Always fill the outer water pan with 1-2 inches of hot water before lighting the fuel. Never use the chafing dish without water, as this can damage the gold finish and the food pan.
Cleaning & Luster: To protect the delicate gold plating, please wash with a soft sponge and mild soapy water only. Strictly avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, which will scratch the mirror finish. Dry immediately with a microfiber cloth to prevent water spots.
Handling: Use the integrated handle to operate the roll-top. The exterior will become hot during use; please handle with care and keep away from the "playful" energy of younger guests.
